Richard Chen Pittsburgh Opening
Peking duck, Elysian Fields lamb, tuna sashimi, crisp salad, and an assortment of tasty desserts lined the cuisine stations at Richard Chen Pittsburgh’s opening celebration in East Liberty. About 90 guests toasted Chen, who brings his talent to Pittsburgh from his Michelin-starred Las Vegas restaurant Wing Lei’s, where he is the executive chef.
