Cioppino Opening
Cioppino’s Grand Opening Preview Party provided all of the flavor that the Italian seafood stew of the same name yields. The new restaurant at the Strip District’s Cork Factory hosted close to 400 guests, inviting them to sample the restaurant’s Tuscan-inspired American menu — wines, meats and cheeses, hors d’oeuvres, pasta, seafood, and steaks.
