Benefiting the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Liver Foundation. The Marriott City Center filled fast with foodies fending for Flavors of Pittsburgh. It’s a scrumptious smorgasbord of regional cuisine spread out over five mouth-watering courses and prepared by 17 of the most respected chefs in the city — talents from Trilogy, Bistro 19, Nine on Nine, and Girasole among them. The culinary crusaders who cooked for the black-tie dinner, sponsored by the UPMC Thomas E.
