Cooking with the Elsie's
A cuisine-loving coterie of 125 guests filled the home of Elsie and Henry Hillman for the unveiling of The Fallingwater Cookbook: Elsie Henderson’s Recipes & Memories. The evening was themed “Cooking with the Elsie’s” — Henderson and Hillman, that is — and the book’s co-authors, Chef Bob Sendall and Suzanne Martinson, cooked up a delicious evening featuring recipes from the cookbook. The benefit for Frank Lloyd Wright’s Mill Run masterpiece, Fallingwater, “was a culinary delight,” says Sendall. Photos by Megan Wylie
